Gli esercizi proposti prevedono l’uso di piccoli attrezzi (pesetti, cavigliere, elastici, ecc.) e hanno la finalità  di mantenere un alto consumo energetico per l’intera durata della lezione. Ciò comporta un importante lavoro a livello di metabolismo dei grassi e di conseguenza facilita il dimagrimento.
