PilatesGli esercizi del Pilates prendono in prestito elementi dallo yoga, dalla danza e dalla ginnastica. Il metodo Pilates funziona per rafforzare il centro (la parte addominale), allungare la colonna vertebrale, costruire il tono muscolare e aumentare la consapevolezza e la flessibilità  del corpo. Il Pilates è il completamento per qualsiasi sport e in genere sarebbe bene combinarlo ad esercizi aerobici.

Con l’ausilio di un materassino si eseguono esercizi per rinforzare i quadricipiti e l’interno coscia. Si eseguono dei dorsali e un breve stretching alla colonna vertebrale e agli arti inferiori. Si eseguono serie di addominali diversi tra loro (addominali alti, bassi e laterali) e conseguente stretching addominale. Si conclude con il rilassamento finale.

CORSO DI PILATES

Il corso di pilates si svolge presso la palestra della scuola elementare 28 Maggio il lunedìdalle ore 20.00 alle ore 21.00, il giovedì dalle 20.00 alle 21.00.

 

INIZIO CORSO LUNEDI’ 10 SETTEMBRE

La quota di iscrizione al corso di pilates è di 40 euro (materiale sportivo + assicurazione), più 210 euro in una soluzione unica per un totale di 250 euro o è possibile pagare in due rate di 125 euro per quadrimestre per un totale di 290 euro.

Le iscrizioni sono aperte dal 03/09/2018 al 28/09/18 il lunedì, il mercoledì e il venerdì dalle ore 16.00 alle ore 19.00, il martedì e il giovedì dalle ore 17.00 alle ore 20.00 presso la palestra della scuola media Lana (entrata da via Oberdan).
Per i nuovi iscritti è possibile fare 2 prove gratuite.

ABBONAMENTO FREE: questa tipologia di abbonamento permette di poter accedere a tutti i corsi per adulti (zumba fitness-pilates-bodytonic-circuitoTabata-Ginnastica Posturale). Il costo per l’abbonamento annuale 40 euro di quota d’iscrizione più 300 euro in una soluzione unica per un totale di 340 euro oppure è possibile pagare in due rate da 170 euro per quadrimestre per un totale di 380 euro.

Per poter praticare questa attività  è assolutamente necessario il certificato medico di buona salute (è possibile effettuarlo previa appuntamento in palestra con il Club28 al costo di 20 euro, vedi la sezione visite mediche).
