GINNASTICA ARTISTICA

Ginnastica-Artistica-olimpiadi2012La ginnastica artistica è una disciplina della ginnastica e uno sport olimpico. L’atleta di tale disciplina, il ginnasta, deve essere dotato di forza, velocità ed elevata mobilità articolare. Le proposte di allenamento sono molto varie dato che questo sport è caratterizzato da numerosissimi elementi di coordinazione (alcuni dei quali controintuitivi, come i salti all’indietro). 

La lezione consiste in:
– Riscaldamento con musica.
– Esercizi di stretching.
– Potenziamento sugli attrezzi specifici della disciplina (corpo libero – volteggio – trave).
– Preparazione di esercizi in vista del saggio e di eventuali competizioni.
– Gioco finale.

CORSO Ginnastica Artistica 28 Maggio

1° turno (2006/2007/2008)
Le lezioni si svolgono il lunedì e il mercoledì nella palestra della 28 Maggio (vedi sezione Campi da gioco), dalle ore 16.15 alle ore 17.15.

N.B. Per i bimbi che frequentano la scuola elementare 28 maggio, gli istruttori si fanno carico del compito di prelevarli all’uscita della scuola, per condurli direttamente all’interno della palestra dove si svolgerà la lezione.

2° turno (2003/2004/2005)
Le lezioni si svolgono il lunedì e il mercoledì nella palestra della 28 Maggio (vedi sezione Campi da gioco), dalle ore 17.15 alle ore 18.15.

La quota di iscrizione è di 20€ (materiale e assicurazione) + 200€ da pagare in un’unica soluzione (a inizio stagione), oppure è possibile pagare due rate da 110€ (per quadrimestre).

Per poter praticare questa attività è assolutamente necessario il certificato medico di buona salute (è possibile effettuarlo in palestra previa prenotazione con il club28 al costo di 20€, vedi la sezione visite mediche).

CORSO Ginnastica Artistica Melzi

1° turno (2004/2005/2006/2007/2008)
Le lezioni si svolgono il martedì e il giovedì nella palestra della scuola elementare Melzi (vedi sezione Campi da gioco), dalle ore 16.00 alle ore 17.00.

N.B. Per i bimbi che frequentano la scuola elementare Melzi, gli istruttori si fanno carico del compito di prelevarli all’uscita della scuola, per condurli direttamente all’interno della palestra dove si svolgerà la lezione.
