UnknownIl corso per i più piccini comprende attività  motorie, creative ed espressive. Questo corso oltre a fornire la preparazione fisica necessaria, mira allo sviluppo di abilità  come la coordinazione temporale e la coordinazione spazio-occhio-mano che stanno alla base di ogni attività  motoria. Il bambino ha la possibilità  di scoprire il proprio corpo attraverso processi creativi in un gioco-movimento accompagnato dalla musica che diventa sempre più evoluto.

La lezione consiste in:

– Riscaldamento con musiche e giochi propedeutici.
– Semplici esercizi di equilibrio e stretching.
– Primo approccio alla disciplina con utilizzo della musica.
– Gioco finale.

CORSO BABY GYM PRESSO SCUOLA 28 MAGGIO

Il corso è aperto a tutti i bambini dai 3 anni ai 5 anni (in età  da scuola materna: 2012-2013-2014). Le lezioni si svolgono il giovedì nella palestra della 28 Maggio, dalle ore 16.15 alle ore 17.10.

La quota di iscrizione è di 50 euro (materiale sportivo + assicurazione + costi Saggio Natale e fine anno), più 150 euro da pagare in un’unica soluzione.

Per poter praticare questa attività è assolutamente necessario il certificato medico di buona salute (è possibile effettuarlo in palestra previa prenotazione con il club28 al costo di 20 euro, vedi la sezione visite mediche).
